2. No professional advice

Information about permits, 29A demolition consent, asbestos regulations and clearance certificates is general in nature only. It is not legal or regulatory advice. Always confirm requirements with your council, registered building surveyor, WorkSafe Victoria or the relevant authority for your specific project.

3. Quotes and estimates

Estimates or rates provided from photos or descriptions are indicative only. Firm quotes require a site assessment and are subject to site access, permit requirements, structure condition, distance to tip and recycling facilities, and other site-specific factors. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Salvage

Where salvage value has been factored into a quote, removal of materials by the client or third parties prior to works may result in a price adjustment. Any salvage arrangements must be agreed in writing at quoting stage.

5. Site access and safety

Demolition sites are exclusion zones. Only trained, inducted and insured personnel may enter while works are in progress. Clients must provide safe and reasonable access and disclose known hazards, including suspected asbestos and underground services.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupply.
