Asbestos Removal
We hold a Class B licence for non-friable asbestos removal and follow WorkSafe Victoria requirements from containment through to EPA-approved disposal. Where friable (Class A) material is found, we organise licensed Class A contractors on your behalf.
- Class B (non-friable) asbestos removal — cement sheeting, eaves, fencing, roofing
- Coordination of licensed Class A contractors when friable material is present
- Correct wrapping, labelling and transport to EPA-approved disposal sites
- Air monitoring and clearance certificates arranged where required
